Roaming, As the phone is not 3G

Just want to enquire whether we have any problems with Roaming? Apart from singapore, since I going somewhere else soon, need to know about this. In the olden days, where we werent introduce with 3G mobile, we need to go to our telco and apply for overseas network. So do we need to repeat procedure, cheers for any hero done it

i don't think roaming has 2 do anything with 3g coz i'm using digi and it does not have any 3g and still i can use it overseas.
