Hi! I'm planning to get myself a PSP Slim n Lite (of course!).

The newest model(in Malaysia) is PSP-2006, right?

There are 6 colours and I wanna know if the colours affects the console. I mean are they all the same or each colour have their own differences? I'm interested to buy the Piano Black OR Ice Silver. Any pros and cons between these two?

What additional accessories do you recommend?

I will use the PSP especially for gaming purpose....hehe

I use my psp for gaming purpose and oso internet every second.
Recommend you buy a package that got the accessories
[psp hard cover,bag,handstrap,4gb memory card,usb cable,charger,earphone,screen protector,games^^]
I bought that package wif piano black psp at a very cheap prices from sce,nice service after buy from him.

As for strap..i'm using Nintendo Wii strap coz it'll make the psp cling to my wrist

i recommend a screen protector and pouch to keep your psp. And also a 4gb memory stick.

i dont think the psp is ready for the 8gb memory .... hehe i rather get two 4gb....its cheaper....and no problems will occur.

8gb work just fine with psp without any problem. But we talking about original mspd here not cat ayam mspd.

I think i'll get the 4gb mspd first. Original sony mspd has longer lifespan...huhu...

Now to decide which psp colour. Either black, silver, white or red. Since psp is a friendly fingerprint magnet, I wanna chose a lighter colour and some ppl do recommended me to buy silver or white. But I think black attracts me the most and also the sexiest... muehehe.

I'm gonna go with black. Any colour that you guys wanna recommend?

It is the same...just different region. All model that starts with 2000+ are PSP Slim. i personally have a PSP 2000 because it is from Japan. Malaysia region is 2006.

If i wanna watch UMD movie, which is the best model to get? I mean those movie have region code.

I personally think i should get either PSP-2000 or PSP-2001 since most UMD movies are from those region. i'm not sureif there are UMD movies for PSP-2006.
