PM not enough $$$ to maintain private jet and yatch already, so have to catch dark tint + HID + rear seat belts. 
Anyway since fitting HID into car is deemed illegal by Gov, just don't install it loh. For those already installed, removed it and keep in a safe place. Hard to say later PM x-in-law open HID factory, the law might allow back again.
Why fight/argue so hard just to want them approve car's owner to install?
