625 sqft 2 Rooms 2 bath = RM 2xx,xxx What Do u Think ? Worth to buy ?

i was thinking this place so near my office that's is why i bought here,i think im not invest it but if some one offer me a hmm.gif very good price then i will sell it.

the one i bought got 2 rooms 2 bath
