Tropics is perhaps the only studio tat built completed just before the market boom in 2008 2009...ori Rm180k? To Rm200k i believe or even lower...goreng until Rm650k at the highest...mainly due to location and shopping mall..nw dvloper still in dreamland trying push Rm1k psf studio in ulu ulu Batu Tiga etc

Price dropepd to Rm500k ++ but still way below tose who bkught at Rm180k or even rm380k
