QUOTE(Kinitos @ Jun 28 2008, 06:30 PM) I think Mr. Lim should reward every staff with 5 months bonus every year for fantastic job done since there is a huge cash pile. Benefits staff first, shareholder last. Agree?? in business, shareholder always come first than staff.

QUOTE(T_flash @ Jan 19 2009, 10:17 PM) looks like RESORTS, PBBANK, YTLPOWER are all going down, is it ever coming back up? be realistic sonny. The world economy is in recession, some say depression, Malaysia ain't gonna get away from this. All stock are on their way down; slow or fast, its going south. Yup, they will revised it to SELL when the price hit 1.50 . I have seen a few reports like this b4. Dunno can be trusted or not 1. When the price are 1.00 BUY, but when drop to 0.50 become SELL within a month or two only. Like that i also can write a recommendation This post has been edited by Singh_Kalan: Feb 27 2009, 10:09 PM

QUOTE(Freelancer @ Mar 7 2009, 12:18 AM) Nah. Resorts dropped too much already. Based on the huge stronghold at 2.000 and purchases at the last deal at 2.010, I believe it will go up next week. Hopefully. Even go up, it won't be sustainable, just a standard rebound before more downside.

QUOTE(joenjill @ Mar 10 2009, 11:53 PM) some noob question here to every sifu, genting's casino revenue is going to which company account? genting or resorts? BOTH. Resorts more substantial becoz of its direct involvement in leisure and gambling business while Genting is more diversify with businesses in power, leisure & gambling (thru Resorts), plantation, property and O&G.

If you bought GENM 10 years ago, until now will be still licking the wound. Same apply to other Genting stock like Genting, Genting Plantation and Genting Singapore.

QUOTE(howyoulikethat @ Jun 2 2024, 01:08 PM) bodoh me bought GENM at RM3.48 in 2019 thinking it'll recover back to RM4 You are lucky to bought it in 2019, if bought in 2014, you will lose more. This kind of companies doesn't bring value to minority shareholders. Only the boss is making money.
