QUOTE(Ahmike @ Mar 29 2008, 11:46 PM) huh?QUOTE(Jim @ Mar 30 2008, 04:13 PM) 70-200 4L and 2.8L and with IS and without IS, isit alot of different? I am aiming one of these lense next... 2.8 works better in low light condition, but the weight of the lens is 2 times more. With IS, slightly heavier, can reduce handshake and easier for panning. 4L IS is a 3rd gen IS that can work up to 4 stops while 2.8L IS is a 2nd gen IS that can work up to 3 stopthe weight is a concern... 2.8L IS weighs 1.5kg.. hahah after you take all those girls' pictures, your hand cannot raise already.. |

QUOTE(goldfries @ Jun 4 2008, 04:54 PM) that's where Toyota Hilux and the likes come in fuiyoh.. i got 1st lens only but u ald planned to get 1st L lens.. now, planning for my 1st L lens. QUOTE(bunvirus @ Jun 4 2008, 06:56 PM) kk... i just go soo many feedback from the past that the 24-70mm isnt good for crop camera.. n the only reason they could give is that its not wide enough.. beside that, is there any other reason for not taking the 24-70? 10-200 f1.8L huh.. at least a 5kg monster that cost u a 6 digits price tagwhy cant canon just create a 10-200mm f1.8 L... that would be a very nice thing to have.. |

![]() Who said indoor cant use 70-200 f4L When shooting potrait sometime f2.8 also trouble.. easier to OOF cause DOF shallow.. and ur hand shake will be even serious cause of the weight |
