you need a tripod to take that kind of picture. Use large aperture and longer shutter speed.

Your hand can't stand 1.1 seconds exposure la laugh.gif
Even 1/8 also will blur smile.gif
So, try it with tripod or put on a stable place then have a longer shutter smile.gif
