not recommended at weekday,course the dim sum will be "stream" once u order,but weekend all are ready to eat

lol,some high class hotel dim sum i might say it not all of there are good
they might be perceived good/quuality
it is because high pricing(price skimming) strategy,grand building,high service quality
a herding behaviour(monkey see monkey do)


indeed,how to define taste is more on subjective method
however herd behaviour might misleading us
