coz ginger tea not all ppl lik the taste...
i dun drink ginger tea last time...but now i lik..
but u cannot drink if u body is heaty....
but it's good for gassy stomach...

yeah...u should do cardio exercise 1st...b4 u proceed to body building..else later all ur fats turn to muscles...'
