I wonder why japanese production studio acquire the license to make this into an anime if they just going to give it a run off the mill generic plot and script.

isnt marvel (I assume it's marvel) comic license expensive?

are they trying to appeal to american audience? (assuming they are marketing this to america).

btw, lots of nudity, which is staying true to the comic, ultraviolet likes to walk around naked in the comic. The anime have an identical scene in EP1.
