hye...i just read what happened to you guys....and i feel so sorry...but, complaining against ebay won't affect him...anyway....frankly speaking...u wont get ur money back...unless if u paid him using paypal...because...if he have a paypal account....he can't take a single cent from his account, after reporting a dispute...and...u would get refunded by ebay....this case happened to my friend...he got scammed for rm1k++...since then, he lose interest in buying from ebay.com.my, if u want to buy something...better buy from lelong.com.my...because their system is much better than ebay.com.my, only ebay.com.my la...ebay.com still steady ....anyway...i'm not a victim here...just sharing my experience though...
