we cannot deny this possibility. so far, i received 3 password request for my lowyat acc (Harvard) to my email account which i didn't request. I am sure that idiot is Shazrin. He knew the existence of this thread as i asked dencs to post it up on feedback page.

but second option in my opinion is out from his mind. since, he is looking at this thread but not responding. another thing is where, are we going to trust this conman again by settling outside court? i don't think so. after all, i will leave the ultimate decision to the judge if he is caught.

I called him after that and he said he will send the item on the next morning. OK so on the next day I called him back and I asked him either he have send the hp or not he said he will send it later.That night tried numerous times to call and SMSed him but to no avail.I thought maybe he was busy or something so I give it a rest. Dun think he will cheat me since the amount is not worth it.
So the next day tried to call him, smsed him, emailed him, but somehow he didnt want to pick up or sms me back. email also the same dont want to reply. i said what the hell? Until now no reply from this seller.
Will make police report today. Thanks guys

thx for the update. haiz, actually there is already sign of him conning but just that it is hard to notice.

1)the pictures he advertise will only have 1 pics and he don't know about the condition of the phone
2)he ask us to debit into his ambank cc which is 99.9% prepaid debit card.
3)he advertise a lot of phone in the last few days of conning. the only good reply he receive is from the fake ebayer he uses (barisannasional)
4)the price he is selling is substantial/lower to the market price but the difference is that the phone in the pictures look good


i have been asking advice from my financial adviser. he told me that even if i can bring him to the balai polis, the time and money is just not worth it for RM 130.00. Anyway, I have not given up yet, still looking around for further info and action could be taken. All the system have bullwhip effect. ebay totally destroy the buyers in this case. 20 days was given to the conman to run away before dispute is even reaching eBay administrator. AmBank on the other hand, keen on not revealing customer information even i have provided more than enough information for them to realize that a conning is in progress. Surely, that bast*rd withdraw all the money soon after all these conning. After all, i hope that his god will punish him for his sin to the hard earned people's money working everyday to pay legally for an item we want.

RM 150.00 is a great lesson for me 4 dealing online with anonymous seller. yep, i also received this email. but i was too disappointed and furious in the same time with ebay.com.my policy. anyone get back their money through Purchase Policy Protection?
