Wah, I've never really seen anybody shoot gigs and post them in Lowyat.net!

Some of the shots are a bit too dark (#3, #4, #10). Bring up the levels in Photoshop yo! Use the Dodge tool and set to Highlights, and dodge some of them (e.g. #8 so it looks as bright as #7).

I like #2, #7 and #6 (but then I like LMB). Try to get IN FRONT of the screaming vocalists next time. I like how you used the black space in the picture.

P.S. Who's playing tonight at Laundry Bar?

Laundry Bar got the pagar already what. So you can go to the sofa and shoot from there. But if it's Hujan, I give up la. Then there's the staircase on the side but lousy angle la.

See how if I'm in the area... OBS and Duke banyak kali tengok dah.

P.S. try to shoot drummers without going backstage. Very challenging.

I went through ALL 15 pages of your gallery and didn't find a single gig shot! Nice photos, though. But still I kena conned where are the gig shots, yo!

I go to Laundry Bar often, most Thursdays. I'd definitely notice a guy with a Nikon D40 manual-focusing a 50mm F1.8... but I haven't seen one. Dude with Nikkor 50mm F1.4 AIS got la. I've seen a few girls with the D40 + 50mm F1.8 combo, strangely!
