On my way Validating 532 posts Joined: Nov 2007	y not we congest aduan@cfm.org.my email.... so make they now how many email send to them due the ISP failure.. If lot of complaint at the same time with different user, may be they will take fast action. I already done n after 2 days maxis tech call me 3 days till i pickup. So u see the powerful guy sit at cfm.. try it..

If still no improvement, send email to cfm asking about termination... For me i terminate before i send 2nd email to cfm but lucky cfm follow up my email n ask maxis waiving my penalty (rm1k).. And my bill (RM1k++), maxis CS call me to ignore the bills as they already waiving my penalty.. thats all.... I heard NCC also do the same thing... try it out if u want release from ur contract...
