They will probably ask you to wait for a day for them to speak to the higher management about your case. 11. They will ask your handphone number to keep it in their system so that they can record your details and give you a private office number. 12. Make a follow-up call the next day. If nobody answers the office number, call Maxis WBB CS and request to speak to the supervisor you spoke yesterday. If he/she is not available, ask them when they will be available. 13. If the supervisor have not called you after 24 hours and 1 minute, call the office again. 14. Read the above notes at least 3 times * The notes above are from my own personal experience. ** Remember, please speak in a very calm & decent tone....they are not the ones who made the ridiculous fair usage policy. the policy can be updated by they need to give u an official letter~ the RM200 is no joke as well but feel free to write in if Maxis is changing policy and not informing you and at the same time, not providing u with a written notice~
