I pay but i cant use your service mean that i am paying for wat ?every month RM138....I told them want to termination my line but they told me have a penalty need to pay.But i told them i don't even use your service for few month is that ridiculous that you still need me to pay for it.Yes, i understand that when i sign up they have a service contract. But is no point that every month that i paying for nothing.

this case oredi settle and i can terminate without any charges..
