all i can tell you the maxis CS are a bunch of 'untrained' staff... One told me w/o contractual term, another one telling me contract is 1 year and cancellation is RM200... I just made a call to a Maxis MEP outlet... the lady confirms no contractual period, no cancellation fees if you decide to cancel the subscription after 2-mth free period.. only thing is you paid RM180 for the modem which you no longer enjoy the rebate if you cancel it within 6 months... ok mar?? no?
