U can terminate the contract if u can prove that ur connection very low... Like mine, i just subscribe after CNY and after 2 month use, my connection very unstable. Always go to UMTS although i pay RM78 for HSDPA. Also there r lot of user use the service at Bandar Baru Bangi.. So what I do was to send email to cfm and maxis.. u must tell them how many report that u have done... and wait their answer.. If still no improvement, send email to cfm asking about termination... And my bill (RM1k++), maxis CS call me to ignore the bills as they already waiving my penalty.. thats all.... I heard NCC also do the same thing... try it out if u want release from ur contract...
