my area: Seri Sungai Long, 43200 Selangor Kajang.

any comment about this speed? normal or slow?

yes, i'm subscribe the 3.6mbps power package rm88

sighs ... yesterday night tried to upgrade my ps3 firmware also cannot ... half way cut off already

if complaint, maxis can/will do something on it?

my area in sungai long, cheras, zte modem, rm88 package

connection down since Feb until today, and now i only can connected to their GPRS mode ... !@#$%^$#@% in other word means cannot use at all.

i called maxis broadband tech, they said they aware of the problem and will do the upgrade/checking need to wait until end of March. !#$@#%^$#@$#%$

so i ask for waive charge for this two months, they said only can proceed with the waive when the connection is back to normal ... so now i'm paying for nothing! @#%$#@$%#

sighs ... 5.96kb speed consider ok already ...

mine 1 now is connected only GPRS ... even slower than dial-up ...

my case is ...

since february only can connected to their gprs mode ... called maxis they said need to wait 14 weeks from 2009 ...

meaning that on 13th april then they only can solved/upgraded their system ...

@#!$%$$#@$%^

from feb until now i cannot use at all ...

asked for waive charges, they said need to wait until problem solved then they only can calculate how much or how many months can rebate/waive back to me ...

so now every month i'm paying for nothing

now i start missing about streamyx already

wtf ... today just called in terminate my maxis broadband account ... then afternoon p1 guy came to my house do testing/demo ... no signal @#$%$$#%#@

then die die malu call back maxis, reactivate back my "GPRS" broadband speed account ... @!#@$#%^#$#@ somemore kena charge rm10 reactivate fee ... !@#$%^$#@$#%

i just found out my case here is ...

if i put the b932 modem in second floor can get hsdpa
first floor get wcdma
ground floor got gprs

anyone here having same situation?

ermm ... sorry i didnt stated here .. i'm staying in 3 stories landed terrace house one ...
so that's weird ...

bro .. try to move around the maxis modem within your area and search for the best location ...
for my case, i need to do like "feng sui" person, holding the modem and keep searching within my house ... kicthen, washroom, bedroom, corner places ....

i just did it

result is:
- cancel existing zte modem account
- penalty charge rm200 (but i ask for waiver and complaint gao gao )
- pay another rm100 to open a new account with new black b932 modem

happy surfing with better signal modem

now i'm thinking use iphone as my maxis broadband modem (with rm99 unlimited data plan) .... and cancel my b932 modem account ...

any comment?
