humm.. live in tmn balakong jaya.. coverage is quite OK since a year ago..
but for the past few weeks, started getting problem connecting to HSDPA/UMTS.. sometimes can connect for 2-3 minutes only.. but yesterday, cannot connect at all. only EDGE/below is connectable. HSDPA/UMTS haram xdapat.. alwiz getting the error message box (port closed blabla..) |

guys, is there anyway i can get my payment receipt if i pay the monthly bill online?
do i have to pay at maxis center to get receipt? i really need the receipt for claiming purpose |

anybody here enjoying the rm10 rebate with "direct debit"?
received my 1st bill this month, but until now maxis haven't auto debit from my credit card acc. on what date they will do the direct debit? sudah hujung bulan.. tapi bill still unpaid~ risau~ |

last week i contacted maxis coz they didn't auto-charge my credit card for my bill.
just now, someone claimed he's hafik from maxis sms me regarding the direct debit issue. he asked for my credit card details (card no, exp date, etc). wth? at least call la.. i'll never reveal my cc details via sms! |
