Some of the rep was really present a well perform customer service but is that every single of them? It is good to know who take care the customers and who pissing the customers off. Write the good feed back for those Customer Service representative who was giving u a satisfaction, and hope this can reduce the cases that customer being ignore / treat badly.

At first, I was wondering is that our country internet was controversy. The threat for internet users who try to keep their identity as secret, thats why most the time I was carefully in every single word that sent out to the internet, no matter is chatting tools (eg:MSN live messenger) or forum, even youtube, there are a warning from power of controversy that inform to public that they could trace whoever against them through the IP address, and what will they do next I will have no idea. Anyone know is that cyberlaw exist at our country? we are protected or the power of controversy?
