I just upgrade my power mobile package that i using for more than a year to latest bonanza package (3GB) on 27 dec 2009. After the new policy kick in on 4th jan 2010, my internet connection was interuptted every 3-4 days and i need to wait at least 2 days for it to reconnect back. I have terminated the account and change to DIGI BB now. So far i very happy with DIGI BB and guess what? i able to get back my RM180 for the modem because over the 3 weeks i have call them more than 27 times and 8 report had been made. Conclusion is: Is time to change!!
