guys im new in maxis broadband and how u guy check the connection speed ..???coz sumtime fast and sumtime turtle also very fast....and cant enter youtube ???? arghhhhhhh plsssssss help

im using maxis broadband almost 2 month and it being worse everyday ... want to send back but must to pay RM200 .. s**t ... any idea ?
