I just test my friend connection.. it connected to HSPA network
but the signal is very low...

streamyx can torrent 24/7
but u will see the snail speed of downloading

Hmm..
1st u need to check whether ur modem is unlocked or not
2nd are u using mobile partner or something similar to mobile partner
If yes,
Go to menu Tools then Options
Select Profile Management
Click New button, and enter Maxis as profile name
On the APN, select Static option and type in maxisbb
For the username is maxis and the password is wap
Click Save button
Click Set Default button
Finish.

Hmm.. u try insert another network sim card on modem..
see the modem can detect the network or not..
if u have digi or maxis sim card u can try on it. beside celcom

as I know, some celcom modem are locked

the speed depend on the location..
u try go other location and test it..
for me, when I use at home I only get around 1mpbs to 2mbps..
at my college at cyberjaya I manage get 2mbps and above..

Nope.. I saw many students using maxis bb..
yesterday still HSDPA... today only change to HSPA
hmm.. seem.. maxis upgrading their network to HSPA

Of course maxis wired... even better than streamyx

u should say like this..
Streamyx cant even give full speed on 4mpbs..
