I don't care if you want to blame, but they just don't want to solve the problem themselves. Don't have the expertise in-house, dowan to hire the proper qualified people to handle it. Where got people host their own server in their own office without a sysadmin wan, summore connected to the internet and used as a customer support portal. Asking for trouble I tell you.
