Where got people host their own server in their own office without a sysadmin wan, summore connected to the internet and used as a customer support portal. Asking for trouble I tell you.

Dude, don't fast. Eat + exercise. Make your body burn calories, then only the fat will start to burn away. If you fast, your body will see this as a sign that you're not getting enough food. Then it'll start to store your energy as long-term energy supply, which are fats. What you want is to feed your body regularly and burn away the energy regularly too. Then fat won't be created and stored.
