basically i think a cybercafe should acknowledge their own team players, as they are your regular customer which bring profits to your business.
I agree tht ice sponsor are abit little but we do understand there is no reason to sponsor us but either for us to pay on our own. so a decent amount of money is enough to cover the fees, but the feedback tht we get back is not tht satisfy so quiting a team is not a big issue after all.

but i dont understand is how come a formal REGULAR CUSTOMER and a BOSS can turn out to be a enermy fight here.

but banning ppl is your choice but i do feel tht chances should be given to improve the dota scene in our msia.
