QUOTE(outdoorxplorer @ Sep 2 2008, 10:47 PM) nope.. the statement series is completely different sound signature. even my remastered ms1 carries a different sound signature now. he he. This is it. Added on September 7, 2008, 1:33 pm Received the prematured GS1K from Taiwanese. The can is under utilized and it was used less than 100 hours while it was in Taiwan. I am currenlty cooking it with Pink Noise/BurnInWaveGenerator fed via RSA Predator... I am double boiling 2 pieces of wonderful items together. The can is getting better day after day when it is listen with my RSA Emmeline XP-7. Added on September 22, 2008, 9:30 amMany says RAPTOR is not a good bet for Grado GS1000 and in fact many Tube/Valve Amps are not the amps for low impendence cans. I kinda decided to have a go to order a RAPTOR and get some tubes roling. Positive feedback with Telefunken and Tung-Sol tubes as I read from Head-Fi last week. |
