say your product is soooooooooo good, so neat, so tidy and so expensive saying mine is rubbish
take your threats and insensitivity away or at least do it in private message and i might think differently about your antics.

you have not even used my product before, so how can you comment durability?

just think of different people have different preference to price and product
DIY is do it yourself. not send to re-cabler to 'do it for you'
