I've just bought the old xbox. If i'm not mistaken it can play audio CD, mp3 and movie right? But when i insert the movie or audio CD it can't be played.

Is it because of my mod chip. I'm not sure what kind of mod chip i have
but i can see when i reboot my xbox there's a screen show evolution X. Is that the model of my mod chip?

How i can view my data in the hard disk. Do i have to use a PC to connect to the xbox's hdd to view the data?
