okie, did some searching on MSNIAGA past dividend history.

they pay once a year, in between 17 sens to 19 sens per share.

and here is the latest announcement:

same goes to MAYBULK

at the price of 4.40, it is kind of difficult to get it at 4.00 or below (unless some major tremor coming from our internal political, or BDI rate drop tremendously)
