i'm quite surprise that no one mentioned on this movie. i heard from the review that it's pretty scary and has an unexpected twist. moreover, shawn yue and ekin cheng are pretty convincing casts, arent they... QUOTE Synopsis:
Rookie Sergeant Lee (Shawn Yue) is injured in a shoot-out and is assigned to the dubious-sounding Miscellaneous Affairs Department (MAD). There, he is paired up with Inspector Wong (Ekin Cheng), a jaded and alcoholic veteran who explains that MAD's role is to answer supernatural calls. Wong explains MAD's rule number one - there are no ghosts. For every seemingly inexplicable phenomenon, there is a corresponding scientific and rational explanation. MAD begins investigating a string of bizarre teenage suicides - impossible suicides, unless the victims were possessed. As Lee and Wong follow the clues, they realise something sinister is heading their way. so any people watched it? nice? |

I've watched!  , the ending kinda ... but overall a good chinese movie which is hard to come by these days, i think Ekin cheng and that edison look alike dude had a convincing role...oh yea some parts freaked me out too lol |

well i'm a sucker for cheap scares, for me yeah, but nothing near the grudge 2, just watched abit of 'the maid', doesnt seem scary to me ler...

No surprise for me, kinda boring. Boring of HK ghost movie! No new things! Ghost is not scary at all, same thing, girl ghost without face n bleeding, so boring.
It is not scary at all, just the ghost always come out suddenly which the music n sound effect already give signal that they r coming out.
One word, boring. Dun watch it if u expect it to be scary.

Not really a scary ghost movie... only the music and angle with environment trying to make it scary...
The story kind of predictable... as in know why are those event happens but just dunno how will it end up...
New concept of ghost story, no scare, only watch when free for a good normal story...

Watch it few weeks ago. IMHO, the thing about scary is only the sound effect aje.. Others only ma ma teh lor.
Btw, i canot except the fact that there can kill ghost wannabe by gun.. Boring!
