Sigh, I pity Imculguy, a dude who has joined LYN since Dec 2006 and has been posting sales threads since May 2007 and has never once failed his customers or got himself involved in any fraud cases. In my humblest opinion, I think some people should actually take responsibility over the words they speak for by saying "COD with the seller, don't do postage cos he might be a con man" can actually ruin other people's sales and as well as reputation(what about customers who only do postage? or forced to due to some circumstances?).

In lelong.com, there is really such people with the same surname but with a different name, account number and phone number being reported as fraud. But does that mean that if my surname is Ser and I'm from Johor as well and I have to be a suspect too? Guys, what I'm trying to say here is, do more investigations, do more research before posting a report here. You may think you are trying to help other consumers but think on Imculguy's behalf, try to put yourself in his shoes, you guys(for those who did, you know who you are) are jeopardizing his sales and reputation and you dare say that you did not?

By being careless and uninformative(reporting false, untrue or inaccurate facts), and putting his name here for the highlight, you already did. And please, unsatisfied consumers must also have a clear line between a CON MAN and a SELLER WHICH YOU DON'T LIKE. If you don't like his service, you can choose not to deal with him. Don't be such a pain in the a** seeking revenge and ruining other people's reputation by telling everyone and posting on his thread claiming that he is a con man just because you're not satisfied with his attitude/behavior, that is just not right. My personal thoughts, peeps.
