just now what prcsser is better for my platform...need help from u guy..n want to know..if one of u guy used same mobo with me n used 955 or 965 how far u guy can OC...

Hi..i using Phonem IIx4 945BE..
And i using Asus M4A785TD-EVO..
And i using TEAM Elite 1333Mhz 7-7-7-21 1.65V RAM
How to over clock it from 3.1-->3.6Ghz?
I set clock to 240 multiplier 15.0 VCore is 1.550V..
But it kept restart when loading to window or hang..
What the problem? RAM timing?

Asus P5N-D have mass vdrop n vdroop in OC

i OC my QX6800 to 3.6Gz... vcore boost to 1.42 in bios but in windows idle vcore only 1.32... then OCCT 30 mins... BSOD.. WTF....

I used the same mobo and Phenom 955BE CPU. You need to update the BIOS to the latest 2302 BIOS as the older 2202 have problems with CnQ. It could reach more than 4GHz, if you could manage to keep the temperature low and enough juice from power supply. So far I could get 4GHz but at most I just run at 3.8GHz 1.35V to keep the temperature low
