I can't recall properly but did anyone notice black smoke from the front right tyre of lewis's car when they remove it?

But the problem is why the dust stacked inside the cover when the airflow should've cleared it, well the remain should be in very small amount? Some much dust can cause significant amount of heat in the brake, right? And one more thing is only happened on the right tyre. Well, just sharing my thought...
