Anyways..I don't think he would do just about anything just to have sex with the girl! I think if a guy is genuinely romantically interested in a chick he would be willing to spend more time with her(which you pointed out) or not care if she breaks out in hives etc...meh
Then again...everyone's different I think some guys just don't show any signs or make the first moves ...
