i think there is also social constraints where its weird if the girl makes the first move. there was this one guy i liked and had the biggest crush on. later (when i was dating my ex) i found out he liked me as well.. but he was too shy to say anything.. but now he's dating someone else already I guess it also goes down to fate and timing..if u are compatible, but each of u have bad timing, then u probably won't end up together.. but if its already fated, u'd eventually be together
