So basically, they look the same, but they have slightly different specs e.g. weight, reactor type, etc.

Not really. There are alot of differences if you notice carefully.

The most obvious one is that Impulse Gundam is made of 3 components: Core Splendour, Leg Flyer and Chest Flyer. Also, if you notice, the vulcan guns is attached to the chest, and not the side of the head like Strike Gundam.

Impulse has 3 backpacks which determine the color of the mecha (blue for Force, red for Sword, green for Blast), for Strike does not change colors no matter which pack it uses.

There should only be 3 main Impulses:

Force Impulse


Sword Impulse


Blast Impulse

They dont have to feel cheated. Even though MG grade not released, 1/100NG for all 3 Impulses already out for so long what.
