What I do was created fake access point at the connection setting. And put it as my default access point.

Go to Start>Setting>Connections>Connections>Advanced>Select Networks

Create new access point

ISP Name : anything, press OK. Kept this as your default AP. But whenever you want to use the original access point. Change back to the original.

p/s: this only to prevent phone keeping try to connect to internet by give fake AP.
