erm try looking at their website, there's a form for hacked account and character transfered when your account was hacked...

i think they'll help u transfer back for free =)

items yes but it may take awhile. enchants + glyphs + inscription all gone though.

the problem is that there's one team investigating the hack of your account. and another team monitoring trading of accounts. they don't talk to each other well. a friend had his account returned after gotten hack and then ban again for trading. doh.

u went into any chinese porn sites? those are the obvious ones with keyloggers around.

Haha! Nah, not me. Had a guildie who suffered through it. He banned his sister from using his MAC now to look at Hong Kong star sites.

Then there was that keylogging incident on Guildlaunch as well as on ads and Microsoft putting out an update outside of their normal 2nd Tuesday updates.

Then there's aaltong and his mates looking at Hong Kong porn sites, remember?

Then a lot of WoW blogs taking about how Chinese steal accounts and sell them via keylogging activities.

Then another guildie who had his character deleted and took about 2-3 months just to reinstate.

You people don't read and don't theorize meh?
