IP35-E new BIOS!, ver 16, anyone try already?

I saw from some website(forget which one) that BIOS shouldnt flash more than 20 times.But i doubt that Abit will update BIOS for same mobo to 20 times.  Still hoping to get higher FSB .  BTW,my e4300 cant run MP 7x at all,dont know why.  |
