well there are few ideas from me such as:

1. Set a post count requirement in this section.

2. Every member should be check whether there is a second acc (well, if the mod is free enough)

there is already a function for mod to see people's dup account when they click user profile  

3. No sex topics are allowed? But if the girl who post it, i dun think i mind.

how to differentiate them, even mods are confused sometimes lulz

4. still thinking... Oh ya.. is there a mod in this thread? If there is, i dun think the mod is active.
