I second that! Minus the guys part. I find some guys pretty alright and they had (sometimes) posted something constructive. But yeah, I oso no mood. So very malas to even sign in. and the topics here... are all the same. If not hair, it's mani-pedi. If not that, it's some birth-control or morning after pill. and of course, "check out my blog" or "WTS/WTF".

I know which post you mean and by who. Listiani was it? She's a girl I think, and I understood where she was coming from. Have you read how she got provoke into posting something like that? and it was directed to the one who provoked her, no? Even I was provoked.

I think post like that would be pretty common, be it from a guy or girl, and we should expect it more from a girl, being the more emotional and compasionate gender. I sometimes break my own rules and post irrational and irrelevant comments that I regret later. shocked myself of my own decency.

It's a good idea but one can opt to not have a gender tag like me and it's not foolproof cos guys can have girl's tag and vice versa. In kopitiam, there's a fella with username "MsBelinda" who is actually a guy but likes to pretend a girl online. and have obnoxiously stupid and stereotypical girly topics. Even I, thought he was a girl cos he sounded like a girl with really small viewpoint. Turns out to be a guy!

No, I just want a place where we can really discuss views and ideas constructively. I don't mind one liners or few idiots but I just hate tarps and trolls. I genuinely want to help/discuss, but sometimes, it freaking dissappointing and $%@#^ to be trolled. Very disheartening.

I like your idea. But it's a lot of work to implement a code and yet this doesn't yeild effective results that we'll want to see. Merely filters. I can think of so many ways to get around it too.

what if we have button, like report button but it collects vote from users that thinks TS is a guy? once it hits, maybe 15 users, then the thread automatically hilang from view?

and an option to show post only from persons with female tags or non-tags, or both?

Possible? That way, we don't need more manpower and lighten mod's work. (but admin byk kerja to create button)
