make conversation?
if you both take the same bus often, just say something like "hi, I've been noticing you on the bus lately, are you new around here?" (only use this line if you take the bus often and she's someone you've just noticed recently). If not, just pay attention to what she has on her. If she has books, you could use that as a conversational ice breaker. You can comment on her shoes/clothes (make sure its a positive one ), and make it sound like you have some fashion knowledge at least, like "wow, I like how you matched your top with your shoes, the colors and patterns just go together.

If you can't find anything to make conversation with, just go with the basics. "Hi, my name is <your name>, what's yours?", and build it from there.

i saw her once in the same bus weeks ago.

You won't know till you try. Unless you're really ugly or pervert old man looking, people will chat back. I've made conversation with people at bus stops and on buses before. People are a lot more approachable than you think. You just have to give them the chance to show it.
