for my case, i don mind paying a little extra is it's really good, after all, streamyx only gives 80% best effort

MSN is still an issue for Maxis Broadband. It will keep disconnect and reconnect again. I do report this to Maxis and they say nothing to do with them. High latency, frequent DC while gaming is also another issue. Why can't they release or unblock all ports?

cos then torrent is possible i guess....
they only think on their own profit, not on the consumer side

well actually i was using power package (E960) and i got no choice of choosing this maxshit coz im just applied for this for juz only 1 month and then i found out that my speed is almost the same like streamyx.... so i dun bother it at all... but if u talk about torrent than i think i will join u all to complain it! coz on torrent i really hope it will get better coz the torrent on maxshit is not even connecting at all!! ermm check out my speed test...

whoa~~ another victim conned by the ever famous Ana-Con-Da. Think I better cancel off my auto-debit first, before they charge me a big chunk of money quietly... disgusting company.

I think what happened is that they over-advertise, so now too many people using their service, causing too much congestion. Because they cannot cope with all the traffic, they have no choice but to block off non-essential ports, i.e. gaming ports to reduce congestion. This was all done jst to kame money. bloody arseholes

for my case, i technician called me up, and ask me if they can track my connection...
when i ask about my data privacy, they say the data track just shows how much data flow, won show any other detail of the connection.....

Hehe, they call u better than u call them right? Nowadays, i'm calling maxshit customer service more than i'm calling my gf. If we dun take any action soon, this conmen company will con more ppl into their service, and ended up 20GB turn into 3GB bandwidth. Dump this idiotic "bread" shape modem back to maxshit!

Maybe you didn't read this whole topic, this is a complain topic and if you observe many of the Maxis user's speedtest results, it is similar or worse than a 56k dial up speed. Streamyx is definitely better than Maxis without doubt considering the amount of users getting this kind of speed with Maxis Broadband.

hehe, they wouldn't tell you how sux is their service at the moment while you are signing up. Then during the first 7-day period, maxshit will allocate every single bandwidth on hand to ur modem, and let you few happy and pass the 7-day return policy.
When later you found out how sux is their service and want to cancel it, they will threaten that you will need to pay the rest for the remaining month's subscription of 18 months. Ces't la Malaysia, Ces't la Maxshit~~
