What is the proper way to wash waxed and sprayed hair? I heard that use shampoo straight away will damage the hair. Is that true?

Aiyak.. My bathroom dont have heater.. erm.. i heard that apply conditioner 1st b4 u shampoo ur hair.. can use dat method?
