hi what is the different between sweetscene and mad minerals ? seems like mad minerals more expensive.does this mean it last longer ? can you suggest a nice black matt not shimer pigments ? the blackest if possible

2. 1/4 spoon of quiet storm

p.s : does the clinic primer work on eyeshadow too ? mean that with this primer on, it wont crease is it ?
