I think the primer is way too oily. It is a waterproof just because it's oily formula,but it look horrible when u applied on ur eyelid. Not suitable for hot climates in our country

I'm not sure if the primer is a good idea, I tried it, but it was super oily and didn't suite to my skin type. I bought it and i hope it will help pigments stick to my skin better as i have an oily skin. But it's not...It just make my eyelid MORE oily and it smudging my pigments. It's not only oily, but it also will change the pigments actual color! It is water proof, just because it's oily formula...Yes i tried the formula on my hand and apply the pigment and run water through it. But hey, we don't wear pigments on hand! I also bought the primer and gave it to my sisters and my sister-in-law. To be truth, they have different skin type, and they still don't like it. At the end, we throw the primer away. I'm sorry
