maybe u can lower cost on monoblock.. today i saw sony XM-1s mono selling around RM800++. which is RM400 cheaper than that alpine mono.. roughly the specs and functionality are the same (can check at sony xplod website)... but im not sure the diff on sound output tho.. (price of the amp maybe diff in peninsula)

and my installation and material (cable, etc) also considerably high, around RM400 bcoz a lot of work to mount my sub on the rear.. usually it will only cost around RM100++. u can get more cheaper if u put ur amp under the front sit (shorter rca cable).. and use 1 sub with a box.. easier to install

1 single disc branded CD player(w/o MP3), good cap ayam class 'BC' 4 Channel amp, entry-level front component with passive & 1 single 12" woofer with box ought to rock your Saga within, mild techno & R&B. Price should not exceed $1,300.

good stuff comes with a price bro. If i was u, i split the project into 2 parts. firstly get a cd player and speaker. Next the amp, then the subwoofer. Like tat u can expand ur budget and also use that money to get better stuff
